Any part 2 of this coming up soon Kenji? Really enjoy your simple and clean presentation of the different aspects. Salut from Norway 😀
1. real estate investment banking
2. real estate private equity
3. real estate broker
4. real estate developer
This was so well explained. Thank you so much
hey Kenji, please do a part 2 on other roles like RE lending or the roles in brokerage that aren't purely sales (analyst roles that help create value for the property they are selling). thanks!
Been waiting for something like that. Thanks pal!
A Part 2 would be great
Thank you and noted!
Awesome content! Thank you 🙏
Exactly what I was looking for thank you!
‘’Courage taught me no matter how bad a crisis gets ... any sound investment will eventually pay off."
Making it out at a young age is quite difficult. I started a side hustle at 17, saved up and made some good investments. l'm 28,live on my own and having a good life for myself. Big ups to you and everyone out there trying
Sounds like plan, how do you put money to work?
@@steceymorgan814 Yes it sure is. I put in money in investments and get profits. That 's how I make more money without working. This does not sound new to you right ?
@@michaelcollins1220 Thanks for replying me, I've heard so many people talk about investment but none had said how to do it right.
Am hoping on you can explain more on how you make extra income from investments
Am I the only one that finds it weird that these industries are ranked as "high paying" but if you end up working 70 hours a week, of course you'll be getting paid much more than someone working 40 hours. Let's do some quick maths...take an average entry level salary of $25/hour x 70 hour/week x 52 = $91,000 + singing bonus ≈ $100K. I feel like most people are easily swayed by the numbers when in reality, it comes out to the same thing.
Yeah I agree the fair comparison should be on a per hour basis!
True but no job will pay you x amount on a 70 hour week, that’s why they prefer commission based as it serves them better and just give a % if they perform.
Part 2 would be great! Thank you for the video!
Noted thank you!
Can you please make a part 2!
Hey Kenji , your doing great job , big thank you to you,,
want to know ,now a day wfh culture so popular
Are these companies prerioties still candidates is in same city
Can i apply if i am from different country and this firm mostly are usa
Great video
Amazing video!
Glad you think so!
Nice explanation but I would put REPE over REIB. It is the exit from REIB and I know many kids who could not break into acquisitions out of undergrad and are now at a banks real estate investment banking arm. Less seats at BX, KKR, Starwood etc than at the banks.
Super interesting!!
Glad you think so!
Thank you 🙏🏽
Any time!
Thanks for the shoutout! Let’s keep up the good work
Any time boss!
Your content is amazing❤️
Thank you means a lot!
Hey Kenji, where is the difference between REPE (Acquisitions) at companies like Blackstone or Starwood and companies like Hines or Tishman Speyer which are known as Real Estate Developers but also own funds themselves and not only build houses but also own and convert them like Blackstone does? Furthermore, the jobs at Tishman Speyer are also called "Acquisitions and Development" or "Real Estate Private Equity" although they are known as developers.
Do Project Management for a development company is by far one of the best career paths to learn how to do large scale developments, You learn everything you need to know about development while getting paid.
Is this what you do?
how has his channel not blown up yet?! great content, aesthetic editing and perfect length of time.

Please make video on CFA how to get in investment banking
Amazing video
Thanks for the visit!
Hello, How can i get into an entry level development role?
Can you please talk more about non-tech roles at tech companies? I am currently getting a MBA in Finance and looking to get into a analysis role (business analyst, financial analyst and or account management analyst etc). This will be a career switch for me. If you could advise on the best ways to successful reach any of these roles that would be awesome!
Here's my video just on that! ruclips.net/video/_Hb4vBRfR2Y/видео.html
