Walking in the afternoon through the Tucán park in Monterrey, Nuevo León Mexico 🇲🇽
This park is located to the west of the city with the Cerro de las Mitras in the background, one of the best-known mountains in the state.
It has existed for more than 20 years as a green space for the community and it is an ideal place to walk, play on its different courts, enjoy the space with the family and attend its festivities.

Este parque se encuentra ubicado al poniente de la ciudad teniendo de fondo el Cerro de las Mitras, una de las montañas más conocidas del estado.
Tiene más de 20 años de que existir como espacio verde para la comunidad, y es un lugar ideal para caminar, jugar en sus distintas canchas, disfrutar de los espacios en familia y asistir a sus festividades.

Wow color parque. What kind of events do they have at 8:55? The cement path around the parque is great for riding a bike or walking. Wow they have a water park for the kids too at 45:50 . Looks like this park has it all! 😎😎

In this air auditorium it is used for children's events (such as shows or plays) 😃It is also a water park but it was closed because we are going through a dry period and all water activities were temporarily suspended. A very nice park and walk through. The Cerros de las Mitras are beautiful in the background. The name of the park got me curious. I would have assumed that before seeing this that toucans would only be found in tropical rainforests of southern Mexico to the northern part of Argentina. I looked it up and that seems the case but one map has toucans found throughout Mexico. Have you ever seen toucans in Monterrey? I enjoyed your video! Have a great evening!
Hello! Thank you very much for enjoying this ride 😃. Oh yes, it is strange that it is called Tucán if Monterrey is a semi-desert place and this bird does not live in this part of Mexico. Before this park was called "Parque Solidaridad" and it changed to "Parque Tucán" in the year 2000... I think the name is because the streets below the park are named after birds... and there is a street called Tucán 😊

Like 34. Beautiful place! Lovely views! I have heard of the Monterey Jazz Festival, but that name is spelled with only one "r". Also, the jazz festival is in California, US - not Mexico. I' am sure that they are both awesome places!
