    Hey guys, I forgot to mention that you can either take your family immediately with you or you can arrive Canada first and apply for them to come later on. Either ways you’ll need to have enough money for you all so you can make your decision to apply together or differently based on finances and ties. If you have enough finances and ties for everyone to move together then please apply together. The Government of Canada like Family Reunification. Shikena 🥰

      Nice nice... But the application fee is very high.. Does age matter as in if you are 30+ years what are the chances of you getting the visa

      If I had used my wife and the kids as ties for easy visa approval, will this not be a stumbling block when it's time for them to apply?

      Honestly I don’t know what the waiting time would be, I also know if they didn’t apply with you, they’ll need some documents to show that you are in Canada already ( your enrollment letter, proof you have been attending lectures and all) I don’t know anyone that applied for their family without being here first. • @Kelly.nonyee
      @Kelly.nonyee  Год назад +1

      It has to be someone that makes sense to sponsor you. Family is mostly advised because they don’t need a reason to do things for you, they love you and don’t have expectations after helping you unlike other non family members. These people have what they need money for too so it’s usually not easy explaining why someone not related to you would spend huge amounts of money on something they have no gain in. Hope this makes sense?

      As a student you are legally allowed to work for 20hours per week. After graduation you can apply for a Post Graduation work permit so you can work full time legally. But please make sure the school and course you are applying for is eligible for a post graduation work permit. Check this link to see if your school is on the list

    What you have only family back home and no properties etc .. Can u put only your family ties?

    • @Kelly.nonyee
      @Kelly.nonyee  Год назад

      Yes you can use family ties but this alone isn’t always strong, you don’t have to use properties, ties is literally anything you care so much about that would bring you back home. Something you can go back to if everything doesn’t work out great in Canada, they need to know you have something worth going home to.

    If you are using a sponsor,would the money be paid into your account? Then if it's paid,the gift deed is something written by the sponsor approving the amount sent to you and account and that's free right? Then the sponsor would show statement of account indicating that the money sent does not affect his remaining balance that can very much take care of him in Nigeria?

    Hi ma,
    Can someone who is married And 32 of age apply for admission for undergraduate level with SSCE. Although she has completed her bsc but choose not to use it but instead get a fresh start as undergraduate because she wants to change her career but still in the same science field but different courses

    • @Kelly.nonyee
      @Kelly.nonyee  2 года назад

      Hmmm, you can but there’s a lot to it. You have to convince them that it’s necessary because you can’t just leave out information conveniently with Canada Immigration. You can change your career without going back to BSC, also know that Age is not on your side with immigration because the higher your age the more points you loose for Express entry. I’ll really advice you look for a 2year post grad program that helps you transition into the new career you want not a BSC. You just need to explain why the new career is suddenly of interest to you and also prove your interest/ how the new career would benefit you and your society.

      Hey Emmanuella, if you’ve traveled before then you can attach that to show you respected the rules and regulations of the country you traveled to and you came back to your country on time. You didn’t have to be forced out. But if you haven’t traveled before then focus on making other things strong enough. I haven’t traveled before that’s why I didn’t really talk about it. Hope this helps?

    • @Kelly.nonyee
      @Kelly.nonyee  2 года назад +1

      Hi, A car isn’t a tie to home country. You can always sell it off easily so that may not work out. If you don’t have ties, you may have to use your immediate family as ties for your visa to be approved and then you could apply for them later but I don’t really know your chances. Maybe try to speak with a consultant who can direct you better. I attached a link to 2 consultants in the description of my video.

    • @Kelly.nonyee
      @Kelly.nonyee  Год назад +1

      Yes you can if it’s safe for the baby to fly I think. Children start school at 4years old before then, you can take them to daycare if you can afford it. PS: it’s expensive but the price varies per province, you’ll have to research more on that. Also I don’t know what you’ll be doing as a nursing mother I think that would be for you to decide. I also don’t know much about the nursing mother experience in Canada. So I’m not the best person to advice you on how you can cope with being a new mum and maybe working or staying at home.
