Abrar, road rage is common in Kuwait. Never mess around with locals even if they are wrong & incite you. Coincidentally nothing seems to have changed in Kuwait as far as natives are concerned. There is a big difference between Kuwaiti and Iraqi authorities also. Iraqi authorities harassed and wasted time while Kuwaiti tried to facilitate even though he was not gcc citizen.
@@nasseralomran2706 what Arab mentality says to call foreigner dumb and deaf. If it is ok then let me call you too. So my brother don't misguide people. Arabs from Khaleej treat Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi and Filipino as slaves. This Kuwaiti thought that he is just another Pakistani so he can treat him like he does with other foreigners.
