- In the 27th episode of our University Series, we bring to you the laxities in administration at GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Uttarakhand. Like several other universities across the country, this institution too suffers from shortage of funding and hence has several teaching staff on ad-hoc basis. What is startling is that some teachers have alleged that after several years of teaching as ‘contract’ teachers, their past experience is not counted while deciding their pay scale. (Audio in Hindi)

many teachers in govt colleges under trust and state govt were kept on obligatory recommendation and pressure of politicians and now are a menace to the education system and these kind of teachers destroy the future of students ... there must be some evaluation over the period of time weather the teacher is up to the mark to serve as teachers and there should be inspection of these colleges ... i dont know when will indian education services will come into existence ... i request ravish sir to take a show in this regard and also india is spending so less on education despite highest youth population in the world...
