Where do you get your 7% target GC's? I don't see those types of rates on GCG or Raise. Are you including the 5% for the target red?
The red card gets excluded if you're paying with all gift cards. I just looked and it looks like Target cards are a low % right now. I use Gift Card Wiki to price shop them.
Which package would you recommend for new sellers?
Depends what type of sourcing you plan on doing. You can buy just the online arbitrage package to start off.

Yes, you can buy second hand gift cards that people don't want for a discount. Then you just use them at the store or online.

Problem is what happens when u cant list these products. Amazon wont accept receipts from Target or other retailer stores for apply to sell
If you can't sell a product then you shouldn't buy it. You can check that before you buy it.
