If it is legal, it is well worth the money, proper sized rooms, great location when you look at similarly (over?) priced villas in the area and of course it is painted ready to go. A bit outside my budget though and it’ll be gone by the time I am ready to buy. Good luck with it Richard, should fly off the market.
