1. Prepare glass fiber reinforced plastic pipe mold, mold release agent and film.
2. Interlining, with surface felt, knitted felt and grid cloth as lining.
3. After the lining is cured, place it on the winding machine for hoop winding and cross-winding. If quartz sand is added, sand is sandwiched in the middle of the winding, then cross-winding and hoop-winding are performed, and finally the film is laminated.
4. After the pipe is solidified as a whole, repair the mouth (socket and spigot)
5. Demoulding.
