Can I get a rules verification for the play the ball at the 19:00 mark. Is the player, playing the ball, allowed to take the defence out of play by charging forward with her shoulder into a defensive player after the play the ball. Effectively taking that player out of play, to me that should a penalty to Sunshine Coast and a no try.
