3D Milling Capabilities at Joining Technologies

We just completed a demo of new 3D milling software from CAMWorks that allows us to perform 3 axis and 4 axis milling. In this example, we milled 6061 aluminum into the final shape that can be seen at the end of the video. The full process took just under two hours. This upgrade to multi-axis milling opens up new possibilities for prototyping and will allow our in-house machine shop to expand our capabilities.
