Question for future video did you take out a loan to start van life or is that out of pocket? I’ve seen a lot lately about using the banks money and never your own when it comes to basically anything it seems. Also anything you wish someone had told you at the beginning of your journey or when you were working your 9-5, the secret sauce to get you to where you are now? Getting ready to binge watch your old content but also if there’s any updates to what you wish you had known to get you where you are today for those on the same journey. Congrats again 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Thanks for the comments! We leveraged a loan for the van and for all of our investment properties. For the van, if we can get a higher rate of return by investing the money vs the interest rate on the loan for the van, we opt to do that instead of buying the van cash :)

Showing income is part of the equation to get approved for a loan. I’d recommend speaking with a few loan officers. For arbitrage no but you’ll likely need to qualify and pass background checks, etc same process as you’d normally have to do when signing a lease agreement. They want to be sure you have the money or income each month to pay for the rent
