Why are there so few resources for refugee cases? It's almost non-existent. We applied for LPR after spending a year in the U.S. as refugees, but I'm confused. Most websites say it takes 11-15 months to process a green card for refugees, yet the USCIS processing time says 23 months. I was hoping you could talk about these cases or cover more about refugees, as nobody seems to address this on RUclips either.

I’m in removal proceedings and my lawyer filed a filing fee for EOIR 42 B.last November. But the 42 B form still in his office I asked him if he sent it out to the USCIS. He said in the my email that he didn’t decide yet if his gonna sent it out or just do it in the court. My individual hearing is next year June. I’m just anxious about it. I really want to change the lawyer but idk how it works.
