Oh and y'all got to give it up for the pianist. He handled that song with a subtle finesse that brought out the best in the Queen. In fact, all of her accompanist were beast. I guest they had to be given her awesomeness on the keys.

But no one can deny Aretha’s successful career and how she has influenced many in the industry. Michigan declares her voice a natural resource, voted greatest singer ever, and first woman inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to name a few. One of the best selling artist, not to mention she did that with limited international travel to promote her work/artistry. Her gospel album is still the best selling of all time. Aretha has so much to her account. Aretha fans don’t waste your time on haters

Hmmm......Aretha actually was semi retired in 1982. why? I don't know. Aretha had start of voice issues soon as Her Dad was injured. Because Aretha was a smoker it is safe to say she probably smoked more. I have to say when Jump to it album came out the drastic change from Love all tje Hurt Away in her voice was unexpected but I got used to it because it was Aretha. Then Get it Right the voice was deeper and a little darker. Aretha is Queen no matter what shape her voice might be in.
