4K Forest Bathing - ASMR Relaxing Silent Walk - Vrinneviskogen in Norrköping, Sweden

Swedish summer at its best. Vrinneviskogen is a nature reserve in the outskirts of Norrköping, Sweden. The area is dominated by old pine forest that is suitable for wandering. Here you can also find swamp forests, wetlands, and semi-open grasslands that are mowed annually. In the east, there are oak and hazel groves. Vrinnevi Forest is strongly characterized by human influence for a long time. Here, for example, there are ancient remains from the Bronze Age, such as graves and stone cairns, as well as traces of more recent quarrying.
The reserve benefits both outdoor life and plant and animal life. In the more undisturbed parts, those who are lucky might see both badgers and foxes. When the wetland was created in 2009, many birds quickly found their way here. There are good chances of seeing a variety of ducks, as well as little grebe and coot. Frogs and dragonflies are other species that thrive around the wetland.
