Left handle bar is the clutch, unless the motorcycle is for some reason automatic which is pretty rare to find on a full sized motorcycle and usually costs a good bit more if it is an option on that variant of motorcycle, it’s likely a manual, and I wouldn’t think a show would set fire to something more expensive when they could just use a cheaper option, add in sound effects and an electric motor on the back wheel on the side not facing the camera and call it good
