This is the first I have been introduced to Dr. Crawford (other than his site for smart people which I had stubbled onto long ago but hadn't realized how wonderful it was at the time) and I must say he is now on my list of fantasy brain picking sessions... I love the information and relatable material in these videos. I am a huge fan of Lord of the Rings, and Neil Gaiman, and I was thrilled to hear of the Valhalla version of Assassins' Creed, and now I am even more thrilled that Dr. Crawford was involved in it's creation! EEEKKK!! I love all of you and am grateful for your time and dedication to my favorite mythology so far.
Awesome video, about the spells in Havamall, this is just a theory but I found that the description of those spells sound pretty similar to what we have in examples of Scandinavian troldom
