    So many fancy recipes lately; respect to you, Lou! Congrats on taking that cheese course, wow! In addition to penicillium, I have all manner of unfavorable molds in my old apartment, so dare not try culturing things, but will remember this for the future. Thanks for posting 🙂

    can i use soy milk instead of coconut milk?

      I think the coconut milk has a creamy texture to enhance it, I haven't tried with soya unfortunately

      This guy is telling people to eat potentially harmful mouldy bread. Not everyone has the same level of reasoning and logic of others.

      No, I mention both and if you read the description you'll see that I clarified the bread and advised people to get the roqueforti to avoid confusion
