So many fancy recipes lately; respect to you, Lou! Congrats on taking that cheese course, wow! In addition to penicillium, I have all manner of unfavorable molds in my old apartment, so dare not try culturing things, but will remember this for the future. Thanks for posting 🙂

This is your most informative video yet, I never dreamed of making something like vegan blue cheese 😅
Haha you'd be surprised it's not that hard you just gonna have to be pedantic with sterility and patience with it throughout the process
can i use soy milk instead of coconut milk?
I think the coconut milk has a creamy texture to enhance it, I haven't tried with soya unfortunately
Wow!!! This makes it look like the only thing vegans are giving up is animal cruelty.
Amen to that bro 💪
I mean why not just add the cultures AFTER blending the cashews smooth?
This guy is telling people to eat potentially harmful mouldy bread. Not everyone has the same level of reasoning and logic of others.
Because it doesn't really matter
No, I mention both and if you read the description you'll see that I clarified the bread and advised people to get the roqueforti to avoid confusion
He’s not telling people to do anything, you have your own free will
And yes you can add the cultures after blending the cashews
Never throwing out mouldy bread again 😅
Haha it's sourdough, not just any old bread, I forgot to mention that
