How to check if henglong tank not firing BB, even no firing gear sound?

Thank you so much. I just bought this tank for my son today and I couldn't figure out how to activate the cannon. I thought something was wrong with it I didn't know you actually had to turn on the airsoft function but thank you your video was very helpful

I just bought this and the transmitter just beeps and connects to the tank intermittently sometimes it works for five minutes sometimes it works for five seconds do I have a bad controller?

Check your remote like the gray bits behind the battery I had that problem but mine would not turn on so I hope I could help. Just make sure those gray bits are in fully

The gun should recoil after the shot not before
