Cool Model, I can really appreciate them not putting the TV above the fireplace...which to me is just a horrible decision. Could be wrong but they do sell these show models to? Might be a great thing to explain why there is no driveway going up to the garage doors, lol. To bad they did not finish the basement in this one but like you said...throw 40 to 60k at them and they will.
Yes, this is one of their most popular layouts! I agree with you about the fireplace. It is nice to see a change there. They do eventually sell these models, but not until the very end of the build. Usually they are the last and final homes to sell. At that point, they remove the front landscaping and install a driveway. Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions!
