Can I reuse the IV line? I don't like the ones that chewy sale.

We typically do not recommend reusing IV lines. We suggest asking your vet how they feel about it in your pet's case.

The two dot dot dotted lines at the top above the 1 are confusing as to where the measuring is supposed to begin. Do you know where the 50ml line would be at the beginning of the bag? Thank you.

Every bag is a little different, you want to estimate about the halfway point from the top of the bag. In the case of that bag it is the first set of dotted lines from the top for 50 mL. Keep in mind that manufacturers don't always put those lines there and what they indicate can differ from one manufacturer to another.
