This is unlocked about a minute after Gold Eternal Enemy.
Seemingly if you are on the PAL version of the game this trophy will not unlock. To get this trophy you will need to switch to the NTSC version and then get to the end of the game to unlock this. To make this easier you can enter the cheat code DownL2R2CrossDownL2R2CrossLeftCircleTriangle to unlock every level and then go to the final level to unlock this.
