- Here's how we ended our 2022 and since Chinese New Year is around the corner... that means IT’S TIME TO GET FAT!! And of course, CNY must eat what? Eat hot pot! Instead of the usual tomato base soup, or mala soup, we decided to try something new from Chu Collagen!
