The only part that is incorrect about that translation is final words, "Oshite mairu" is something completely different. Many people confuses it with "Oshimai", which would be more fitting for "the end". It translates to roughly "Impertinently advancing (on you)". It's very old Japanese, and you practically have to take a full Japanese course to get it's meaning. Except it obviously isn't correct because you can clearly hear him say "Kami" which means "God" and shows up in the original translation, but is nowhere to be seen in Arcsys' half-assed localization.

He sure seems valiant and he does seem to be destroying people who are not within divine will, which is his job in all honesty from what I read about his lore.

The first part is OK, and I'll tolerate the last part, but that middle part about severing the thread of evil is nothing like the real translation, and is completely out of character for Terumi. Even I could've come up with a better English version for the middle section.
Denzel Rozier it's not bad. Susanoo was basically Amaterasus trash disposal until he became self aware and wanted to destroy everything and be free from Amaterasu. That battle chant was probably the chant he used before he became self aware. He uses it now probably to mock Amaterasu or to boost his own power, much like how Hakumen does the chant.
