As a button mechanic that has been button programming for four years, here are things I would like to add, or change: 1. If the game doesn’t work as soon as you make a button invisible, make it transparency 0.99 and material force field 2. To avoid needing to break immersion with a second teleporter, you could just make a exit room for every possible exit, or make something that detects what exit it is to stop exit rooms and normal rooms overlapping. 3. Something that is also possible and would be cool is to customise the starting room, by having a button activation a button script that deactivates and then randomises the furniture, or room shape, you can just make sure the ending of the room is in the same place 4. To make randomised furniture for each room you can also make as much furniture you can without it overlapping, and then add a second branch randomising the furniture of the room, depending on which room it is. 5. To make button coding less messy, you can set the grid to 0.5 and make the conveyor 1 stud wide and 0.5 studs tall and the buttons can be 1x1x0.5, it helps make it ordered 6. If something needs to happen instantly to save parts you can make it a falling column instead of a conveyor… Ok and I’m aware that these might by be part limit heavy, but it just means quality over quantity by having less room variants. theres another method i use, instead of all the rooms being slightky different sometimes, i just make a room layout then decorate it, if you want to use a turning room, you can make a backup room and detail generator. it saves more parts and time. if you want to make a room genrator starter, make a fake ground bit that leads up to the first button, when you pass over thzt button it will start a chain reaction that makes the floor underneath it collidable and generates rooms. this way you can actually see monsters behind you.
Ik it’s not as smooth, but i usually teleport the player to a random room instead. (It’s easier cause you can always edit the rooms and have working hiding spots)
i think you could use 2 contraptions one button activates the first and the first activates the second one which ends up making a random model/room visible i guess

You can use moving parts and activate them it will give all rights to AI generator to do stuff, But giving all right to random option is not actually good idea i used that and generations was bugged and bugs appeared with 12% chance. But this way is a good method gonna use it

there is a cheaper way of doing this. 1st make the room with no decoration. Then The room needs to be obligatory in a part of the game At last make 1-3 decoration variation after u make them when the player touches the button(before the door) make a conveyor now add a part as how many decoration variation you have, after that make the buttons and link each one to the different variation. And there u have a room with different decoration if u wanna save time.

I would recommend making a slope queue system rather than... the original, obviously, it's kinda skill issue since he has a literal tutorial on queue systems. What's so hard about random on buttons?
