Great Video. How do you structure the lease option from the seller AND to the new buyer with "Time" in-between the transactions in order to market to your sandwich buyer?
Sheer brilliance, i get it! Its so easy for him i can tell hes bored. .... but, 80% of details was over my head, i need George Gammon to do a white board video on this one! Great choice Jason, hes a find.
Loved the video Jason…been implementing this strategy for the last 18 months here in the uk… love Ron’s straight talking shoots from the hip…that’s the saying isn’t it??
Interesting. I heard a few options of the lease strategy and found out it’s not for me. I would somehow feel that I take advantage of human weaknesses. But maybe it’s just my own weakness 🤷♀️
I might have missed it. What happens to their 10% deposit if they purchase? It is given back to them when they purchase the house correct? Is he banking on people forfeiting their deposit?
This is running a business, not investing. He can't turn off his phone for 3 months or live overseas and run this business, therefore it's not "investing".
Great way to make money… I’ve done this on one of my houses. I definitely ended up on the right side of the coin, due to a divorce on the tenants part. I felt bad over all, but this guy comes off a bit too shady. Almost like a scammer.
Honestly, very interesting concept. Definitely need to bring him back to talk about how he acquires them. Great video and content Jason.
Thanks! Will do!
My partner has started using this strategy in St. Louis Missouri and flint Michigan

The more you learn, the more you know, even if it turns out it's not for you. Thanks for watching!!
So truth. It’s always a good time to learn why something triggered us out 👍

AFAIK, it's never given back. The purchase price would just be "less" due to the deposit.
Please do a response video to George gammon about housing market crash about housing market crashing at 2% federal funds rate
Just finished listening on Stitcher. Great episode about investing strategies I have not considered much.
This is running a business, not investing. He can't turn off his phone for 3 months or live overseas and run this business, therefore it's not "investing".
He still needs to manage and look after his personal assistant and virtual assistants also. This isn't investing.
Hey Wandering Doc.... The title of this episode though is not "investing" it's "Tenant Buyers"
@@victorward3590 who said anything about the title. Read the comment I'm actually responding to.
Thanks for listening!
Nice, solid information. I’m the 69th like btw 😆
Thanks for watching!
Training a settlement officer to get her wholesale deal ASAP 😊🏡
Great!
$4000 a month on a $500k. Home??? I don’t think so. More like $2,800 a month.
