Make a Parking Garage (micro:bit) by Strawbees

The parking garage uses the buttons of the micro:bit to control the gate. Upon the car's arrival, the gate pauses for a short period, so the driver can get ready. Then time the gate for staying open long enough for the car to pass before closure.
