On one of the interviewees introduction Kevin says..."You mentioned several times you are a technologist...so I did not believe you by the time you said you wanted to do things for customers..".....Now how does a technologist is diverted from being customer obsessive. You are customer obsessives through technology only..thats your tool... Where is the conflict ???
That comment was from Kevin! I wont go too much into it, he was doing some unnecessary nit-picks. No answer would be perfect. I think others gave a value feedback, Kevin’s feedback was focused too much on answers rather than focusing on the feedback.
