There are two couples in this music video; the main lead couple and the second couple.
The main lead couple is Trisha and Anthony.
The second couple is the Violin guy and the other actress, Rosie.
Main lead couple:
Trisha and Anthony are dating, but Trisha cheated on Anthony with another guy. One day Anthony walked by and saw Trisha cheating on him so Trisha was shocked and tried chasing after him.
At the end, Anthony end up leaving the City and returned/give away the necklace that Trisha had bought for him, as she was the one who gave him in the beggining of the MV. Anthony chose to leave and given her way to do what she likes since she was not the one she chose. Trisha regrets and lives in agony.
Second couple:
The Violin guy and Rosie are dating. Rosie got caught hugging another man when the violin guy brought her flowers and teddy bear. He later became blind on both his eyes as a violinist and Rosie saw him one last time before his friend took him away. He learned to live fully blind so now he plays the violin in public as that is his passion. This goes to the beginning where Rosie is seen returning the teddy bear and flowers that the Violin guy had bought her long ago.
