I wonder how much anime from the 1970s are actually great, but currently unwatchable because of the baroque character design. Those shows are ACTUALLY in need of a remake, rather than relatively recent shows that get the remakes.
It is irrelevant to Yuji Mitsuya's art, but he is probably the only voice actor of note who came out as gay. In Japan, where LGBTs have no rights (just like in South Korea, Russia and other countries), it is a rare event.
And for the others, we'll be waiting for Kana Hanazawa too to finally get her triumphant debut for the show, alongside with the likes of Takahiro Sakurai, Jun Fukuyama and Nao Touyama.
