I added this song one day to my Spotify playlist and completely forgot about it. I don’t think I’d even listened to it since I’d added it. Regardless, I was driving back home from work and got very much in my emotions. The death anniversary of my best friend was the next day, and I started crying and honestly really wanted to crash and just kill myself right then and there. I kept screaming her name and to please give me a sign. That I missed her so much and couldn’t go on without her. This song started playing and when I heard the woman’s voice, I genuinely cannot describe the shock and chills I felt in that moment. I needed to pull over for a second and process. Even if it was just a coincidence, it was one of the most surreal things I’d ever experienced. I now hold this song very special and dear to my heart. Rest in peace Portia 💔

@@onedaywillbegreat what country are you in? look for acid house/techno (house more likely to have the mellower vibes of this) events. it's more down to the artist rather than the club but if you're lucky then you might be near~ a club that has good bookings. tbh you're not likely to find anyone doing sets as ambient as this
