Every little space has an individual owners . They only cultivate and plants vegetables for their own supplies ... In Japanese neighbor hood there's no theft they're honest and trustworthy neighbors.
That backyard vegetables gardens were our neighbors gardens i seen them they were planting and harvesting. I don't know if they sell their products either they'll prepared only by themselves...
That is not citrus, it's Limequats can be use in cocktails and fruit salads, and can be candied whole. They can be cooked if the seeds are removed. It's looks like a small lemon.
