Glad you told the story about the ticket not working on your phone. We had this problem going into a concert once. So from now on I always even at a kiosk at the airport will go and print out my boarding pass. It was funny, even on the last trip, I had trouble getting it to even print at a kiosk at a hotel. I think the airilne was having system problems. So we frantically left early to the airport and I had to do it twice at a kiosk there to FINALLY get the thing to print out.
