It only tastes like meat to you cuz you haven't had a real juicy burger in years LOL. A chef especially could tell the difference I'm sure.
Boopydoot its never going to taste exactly like real meat, but it doesnt mean it does taste good in its own way! in my experience people that are vegan or veg don’t necessarily want the taste or texture of meat esp in burgers when its a bit bloody sometimes

Have you ever been to one of those restaurants where there's absolutely no light? There's a chain called 'Dark Table Restaurant', the restaurant is completely pitch black and visually impaired servers guide you through your meal. I went to one a few months ago, and I chose the 'surprise me' menu option. I could not tell, at all, what I was eating. I couldn't identify the meat, the vegetables, the wine or the dessert. Since that experience, I am humbled and also incredibly impressed with what Chris does.

I love how much nicer the actual chef was, as compared to the BA staff filling in for the actual chef in past episodes. They were always so harsh XD. But this time the actual original chef comes in and she's so much nicer.
Chris and Sohla have so much chemistry I love it. Also I was surprised Brad didn't appear at the end. Normally when you say sumac three times, Brad is summoned.
I think it's helpful, this might be someone's first BA video they've ever watched so it's nice that they explain things even if they've explained it before.
