I love how both Kyos in XI have basically the best move set of all Kyos. Normal Kyo in XI is basically a combined version of the 94-95 with the 96-97 moveset while EX Kyo is his rekka moveset done crazier (Not to mention that DM after the Dokugami chain punch).
The best Kyo I have ever played is the Kyo available at KOF XIII (even though I have Kyo Nests released). Before playing KOF XIII I only played with Kyo Nests, but now, I can't play with him anymore, because I've gotten used to the original Kyo gameplay.
The ports that came a year or so later were handled by Playmore, but that's it. Sure, everyone were in the process of packing their bags by this point, but still.

Ik KOF XIV came out some time ago and it's still getting and although the other themes of the other games are beyond great, let's all admit the best themes came from 2000(but that's my opinion and opinions are subjective so be free to disagree)
Well not really, he's also the real Kyo Kusanagi but just with his NESTS saga outfit (which alot of people liked back then) and his moveset from KOF 96,97.
Gotta disagree, the electric guitar is too obnoxious in this one. The 2000 original (never, ever arranged) version is far more subtle, slightly melancholic and more beautiful than this one. Nevertheless, so much glad that this song made it into the game.

They are both good, it depends on which one you're good at, I personally like punch kyo too because it's easier to learn
