    Ingredients:
    2 cups rice
    2 eggs
    1 cup yogurt
    1 chicken breast
    1 onion
    1/3 cup barberry
    1/3 teaspoon saffron
    Cinnamon powder
    Turmeric
    Salt & pepper
    Soak rice with water for one hour. Bring the water to the boil and pour rice into the boiling water and add salt. After 5 minutes, rinse the rice. In a large bowl, mix eggs, yogurt, oil and saffron. The best way to use saffron is to take a tiny pinch of the strands and grind it into a fine powder using a mortar and pestle. Transfer the powdered saffron into a small bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of hot water or 3-4 cubes of ice (or hot liquid such as broth or stock), give it a gentle stir, cover, and let it bloom for at least 5 minutes to bring out the color and aroma before adding it to your dish.
    Pour oil into a pot and pour 1/2 rice mixture into it. Place the chicken on top of the rice and press them, sprinkle cinnamon and barberries. Then pour remaining rice and cook for 2 hours.
