Great work, I worked on hino fy trucks for years, the trunnion and the bushing used to always wear very badly on the underside, because bushing to pin friction, Renault maxter trucks I also worked on they had a much better setup where there was a bushing fixed onto the shaft and another bushing in the saddle, so you could just change the bushings the shaft never got worn they were oil filled so they hardly got worn at all, on the hino fy when you changed the bushings you still had excessive play due to the shaft wear.
All the hand done work is really inspiring. I have watch several of your videos now and it just blows me away how much gets done by hand. Truly real craftsman ship and hard work. Keep the videos coming!
A long time ago Americans had the same level of ingenuity and can do attitude as shown in these videos. It was a huge part of what got us where we are today. Unfortunately, it's not as common as it once was. It's what " make America great again" truly means. It means getting back to where we as Americans aren't afraid to roll up our sleeves and put in the hard work necessary. Without having this level of initiative, no matter how diverse or inclusive we are we will still decend into nothing! A hundred years from now, places like this will be the envy of the world. Because they earned it through hard work. They didn't decide to sit on their buts and not do stuff because it was hard or seemingly impossible or because they didn't have fancy equipment to make it easy.
Три стрем'янки це круто, а головне як для такого важкого автомобіля деталі заднього візка виглядають мініатюрними! Це свідчить про бездоганну якість матеріалів та інженерії легендарної японської марки!
I'll give everybody great suggestion for getting out Rusty bolts or anything you have to put heat to use paraffin wax as a lubricant paraffin wax doesn't burn off that easily as penetrating oil and works much better
@@krajamanickam4118 you can not see it exactly on the video, but I have to understand that they welded the hole to be covered and then cut it with a grinder again? I m from poland 😁 in poland we change parts this video is intresting

Оператор купи фильтр я все глаза этой сваркой испортил в каждый раз зайцев наловлю.
This is amazing
Looks like this is an operation they have done many times before.
Badasses!
I dont understand why they welding in this time 8:35? For what doing that?
They are rebuilding the worn shaft. - weld the worn shaft ends to larger diameter and then machine down to fit the bushing of the pivoting axle.

Sandals, pajamas and working on a dirt floor infecting machined surfaces. This is truly a safety and equipment disaster.
All the impressive shit they are doing and you still find something to talk shit about.
