for the people trying it... i would recommend you to dice the onion instead of cutting it like this... the caramelization is more uniform and it melts better with the cream... also easier to eat! enjoy :3
It’s so annoying when they don’t put the recipe on screen or in the description, and you have to go to the website. It automatically puts me off which is a shame as this looks really Good.
On his TikTok channel it seems like his older videos have everything listed out in those descriptions. But not for his latest videos on there it seems, kind of like this one on RUclips.
@@ashleighmackenzie8670 It’s not a difficult dish to make only by watching the video. Watch it a few times, note what ingredients you already have and what you need to go get. Quantities, go by experience and what you like, maybe more garlic, maybe less spinach and so on. Time and temperature, again go by experience, look and feel. Be aware that fresh pasta cooks a lot faster than dry.
It wouldn't be an exact replacement, but the best non-alcoholic alternatives would be broth, probably chicken or vegetable in this case, or a juice like grape or apple. Make sure to taste for seasoning, as any alternative would change the saltiness/sweetness of the recipe depending on what was used.

I also recommend blending the ingredients to make a thick and creamy sauce. You wouldn’t need as much cream either.
Good insight thank you
also, add the wine only after the food starts to stick to the pan (this is a term called deglazing)
This looks really good can you please give us a full list of ingredients
@@cmrwriteyou have to pay for it in the website 😪
Everything starts with an onion.
Butter and garlic
When you’re italian yes
Yes but not that much fucking onion. Ridiculous 😂
@@VampireSockhow is it ridiculous, that much onion will be reduced to like 1/3 or 1/4 after caramelization is completed lol
Nope, it starts with intent
You know this!!
Looks so amazing - I can't wait to try it and feed it to my family. Thank you!
I love this comment
Looks absolutely incredible!
this sauce has no right to look this gooood my mouth is watering 🤤

Good.
And then when you go to the website, you have to create an account to actually see the recipe. Clever business model but also, rude.

Thank you so much!!
Podrias traducir los ingredientes por favor? Debe ser una autentica exquisitez ❤
I love your cooking new subscriber here. Where is your website? Thank you 🎉
Maybe caramelize the onions next time
the onions do not have to be caramelized in every single dish
@@uranus-h- They do when it's called Ravioli with caramelized onion sauce
oh sorry i didn't see the dish's name lol
I knowwww
@@uranus-h-shut ur mouth next time
Step 1: Onion
Step 2: Garlic
Step 3: Sear em
Step 4: whatever
Looks great but I would probably blend the sauce before adding in the ravioli. Looks like a great option to double batch and freeze the extra.

What non alcoholic ingredient can i substitute the white wine with
Yeah, i don't drink either so i never have wine at hand

You can use Apple juice eg 1/4 cup instead of alcohol and add 1 tbsp of white wine vinegar. Check for seasoning and adjust
@@pjydks sounds like apple cider vinegar wouldn't be a bad choice
it kind of depends why you’re substituting alcohol, but remember that if you cook it through the alcohol will evaporate.
One of the first times on a full stomach thinking to eat again and feeling room for a bit, wow I'm old now.
That's a tasty looking appetizer.
What was the black liquid? Looks very yummy
Yeah, I already miss the ingredients in the description 😢
Balsamic vinegar?)?
Im pretty sure its chili oil
00:25 What's the brand and size of the pan you are using, please?
It says cusinart
Everything this man touches and makes is magic 🪄!! ❤❤❤
This looks awesome

Looks nice!
looks sooooo good!
I love your channel your videos are so relaxing
Thank you so much!
I checked the description but it didn’t say anything, what’s the red sauce at the end? Sundried tomato? Some chilli oil? What is that?
Chili oil probably
Finally somebody that knows what they are doing.
No way would I follow an account that makes you pay for recipes🚫
thanks for this video, you motivated me to stay alive tonight and cook pasta for lunch❤ hope you live a happy live full of high quality onion
yum, I want some! how many portions are in this recipe?
What's that in between milk or cream?
perfect!
Guy`? how can i cook this when there is NO RECIPE?
i wont sub your page hahahahah wtf
You have to pay a subscription to have access to his recipes! Darn it!
What if you are not a fan of eating big onions? Can you replace with mushrooms and use minced or grated onions instead to keep the flavor?
you can definitely caramelize diced onions. i don’t know about grated though. also mushrooms would add a ton of flavor
With the amount of onions, perfect for people who don't have a social life.
Ha, I was thinking 'I can already hear myself fart all day'
@@Freedom_and_Acceptance 😂😂😂
This is not true to everyone, especially cooked onion@@Freedom_and_Acceptance
It is not one serving, and the onion is cooked so it wont make you smell
What is the website? He said recipe can be found there but he doesn’t list the website!!
Just google Bread Bake Beyond but you have to pay €5.99 per month to get the actual recipe!
Great video thanks for the inspiration
Looks great 👍
I wish they would post where they got their pans from 😭
What is the dark sauce pls
Chilli oil
What’s the sauce he poured at 0:39?
Looks like a Calabrian chili oil
Any reason for cutting the onions orbitally and not pole-to-pole?
When he put in chilli oil, I was convinced.
Does anyone know if I could substitute the white wine here for something else...? I can't drink alcohol
What white wine should I use?
Any kind you can drink. If you wouldn't drink it, don't cook with it. I like a pinot grigio to be honest.
I think I’ve tasted this sauce somewhere before but with some fresh button mushrooms and the onion!
Anyone could describe the ingredients?
Ukw, dislike for not mentioning the ingredients and any instruction.
Pretty cool
