These kinds of tags can dress up plain brown craft paper as a wrapping paper. What a great idea, to put the initials of the recipient on their gift tags!

Love the neutrals. And the vintage feel. I purchased your book, then had eye surgery a day later. I now have something to look forward to! It has been very cold in Saskatoon, -41 Celsius. Prior to that, we had a huge snowstorm that basically shut down the city. Next week is going to be moderate. I truly appreciate you sharing your art and your uplifting spirit.

Thank you for your lovely comment. I really hope you recovering well, and wow! That snow storm! Best wishes to you and I hope you enjoy the book, Love Cate x

Happy belated Birthday. It’s the Friday after our Thanksgiving and I refuse to fall for all the Black Friday hoop -la. My plan for the day was to watch Friday Art with you today. Your cozy fire place ,friendly encouragement and simple Tag tutorial I’d not disappoint me. Thank you. I feel a Turkey Sandwich and Turkey Gumbo is just a perfect way to celebrate today with a cool front that is moving thru NE Florida.

Dear Cate, what about studio tour?
The Collection of Buttons on the plate looks very nice. A treasure. One I would like to see your storage system and how you organize the room, where all the stuff for art making is. And everything which is still ready to take it once as an example, like your little foldable books. My whish is just a question, no pressure to get into your private zone. Maybe you will think of it. Hello Sonja, thank you for your comment. I will definitely think about it. My main studio (in my house) is quite small and at the moment VERY messy! Every couple of weeks I have a good tidy up :). I will definitely consider this though, as I am very organised and it may inspire other people xxx

@@CateField My home studio, also a small spare room, is messy as well. It seems to go with the territory.

@@CateField My space is not a space, it's filled and a mess. So I got the idea to know you organize your material, and tools around the desk where you create. I am sure you found usable solutions because in your videos is also a lot of stucture in all aspects.
