This video was super helpful but I can’t find any of the other videos for everyday taping? I have hEDS and my knee is very unstable, I’m desperate for help!!
Sure you can, but it’s always important to remember that when it comes to taping, it doesn’t do a lot of what it says it does. At best it provides some sensory input making you, for a time, more aware of your joint, potentially helping to stabilising it and helping with pain. I wrote a pretty in-depth article on KT tape you may find helpful : www.thefibroguy.com/blog/kt-tape-for-hypermobility-and-ehlers-danlos-syndrome/
@@howtocooktocope7558thank you, holding that this helps, my school keeps telling me I can't wear braces with no doctors note, but an official diagnosis to let me wear em will take 2 years where I am

can you do the same video for the LCL (leteral side) of the knee?

I have severe ligament laxity (hypermobility) and I'm double jointed, would this help me with stabilising and less pain??
Will this help my ELHERS DANLOS?
Yes it will! I feel no more jello legs when I tape up. The whole removing the glue experience isn’t fun with our skin but fair exchange in my opinion.
@howtocooktocope7558 if you use barrier cream (the type used for ostomy bags) it will come off some much easier 👍
@@Thefibroguy good to know thank you.

Using baby oil works really well for removing it too - either that or removing it in the shower!
