Some Voyager I's I've seen start at the middle of the bay. The machine moves forward at maximum speed while priming its lines, then reverses and slows down to apply the foam bath. If the foam bath is not used it just starts the brushes right from there.
It's a voyager we have a couple here in my town they are starting to become obsolete this wash in the vie could use some new brushes the color faded and it lost a good amount of the material on the frunt wash arms

Its the way the system is programed you can havie it at the frunt the back hell we had one in courtland that started in the middle
