Sir, aapne ye mention nhi kiya ki ek PhD holder or ek NET qualified vaykti jab dono hi ek position ke liye apply krenge..to PhD holder ke liye 30 points and NET qualified vale ke liye sirf 5 point (7 for JRF)...which is significant difference..to sirf NET ka fayda hi kya..at the end PhD to karni hi padegi...
Absolutely correct, I am also facing the same problem, I have NET LS, still I am not getting any opportunities 😭. Ye sab criteria sirf paper and documents main hi confined, not practically applicable.

@@dramatalk7657 first let me tell u brother, I m not PhD holder. I have just completed my MSc. But what I m saying is basis on experience of people who has been doing PhD or completed. I really appreciate that govt. Has made PhD compulsory for all universities(not for college, u can write state govt. Exam after clearing NET exam for assistant professor post) across India. U should read the brochure of govt. Of India what they r implementing from June 2021. U will understand what this pointing system is..
