Chilli flakes - 1 cup
Red chilli powder - 1/4 cup
Salt as per your taste
Finely chopped garlic - 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Star anise - 4 pieces
Cinnamon stick - 1 piece
Cardamom - 4 pieces
Cloves - 8-10 pieces
Bay leaves - 3 pieces
Sichuan pepper - 2 tbsp
Cooking oil - 2 cups
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
