Pity you placed components on the plywood furniture. Also the left speaker is way too close to the wall. But I understand that combining small living room with a listening room is only possible making such big compromises.
What is the purpose of those VU meters? Are they in the signal path?

Too bad the turntable wasn't used. Digital clarity with a brightness confused with clarity. The phono stage in the AS2200 gives a better listen than this.
    Hope you try it sometime.

Hi! You really need to dial down the treble this much? I have the same amp and was considering these speakers but perhaps the pairing would become too bright

Hi, I've also got the same amplifier for the last 3 years paired with
Wharfedale Lintons. The problem I've been having is that
when increasing the volume above 11 o clock mark and
above, the amp always goes into protection mode.
Have you experienced this problem as well?

@@rameshbharadawa3495 Nope, never. I run Dynaudio Focus 110's. Marvellous pairing, looking to upgrade speakers thinking the amp needs driving a set at least in the same price range as the amp itself, but not sure if I really should since I'm quite happy with the sound as it is. In your case perhaps try cranking the volume with only one speaker connected after the other or with balance L / R to determine if perhaps one of your Lintons is the culprit? Or connect them to the speakers B terminals instead of A who knows it might help.

@@rameshbharadawa3495I’ve read a few too many comments from people regarding the protection mode on the AS amps. Gives me reason not to get one and pay up for an Accuphase instead. I ordered an AS3200 but cancelled it for this reason.
