- The Komaki XGT-X5 electric scooter for the elderly and differently abled has been launched in India at Rs 74,000 for the VRLA gel battery variant and Rs 98,000 for the version with the lithium-ion battery pack, both ex-showroom Delhi.
The electric scooter comes with a twin rear wheel setup with dual shock absorbers and a single front wheel suspended on a telescopic fork. Braking is via discs at both ends with regenerative braking. The e-scooter is powered by a 60V/72V electric motor linked to either a 20-30Ah lithium-ion or a VRLA gel battery. It takes around 4-5 hours to charge the lithium-ion battery pack whereas it goes up to 6-8 hours for the VRLA variant. Both electric scooters offer a claimed range of around 80-90km. As a one-of-a-kind electric scooter, designed specifically for the elderly and the physically challenged, the Komaki XGT-X5 has no natural rivals.The price of Komaki XGT X5 starts at Rs. 74,000 and goes upto Rs. 98,000.
Komaki XGT X5 is offered in 2 variants - XGT X5 Gel and the top variant XGT X5 72 V, 24 Ah which comes at a price tag of Rs. 98,000.

Maine 25th Jan 2023 ko ye komaki xgt x5 kharidi hai..tabise mai komaki ke shop Mai chakkr kat Raha hu... mudguard ka bahut serious issue hai iss bike Mai...na koi replacement na koi service mil rahi hai..... mudguard ko quality itna kharb hai ki direct tyre Mai aa jata hai ..ek bar acceidnt hote hote bacha gaya...gadi bhot hilti hai khade mai aur raste ekdam plane na ho to...ye gadi mumbai ke road ke liye bilkul nahi hai mere nazriysese
Aur ek baat notice kije gadi itni mehngi hai aur iske sat gaurd nahi milta uske alag 2000rs charge kiya, halmet aur bike cover bhi nahi milta....seat bahot jyada incline hai to piche betne vala bahot fislta hai...komaki se 2000 ka guard lagaya uski quality bhi ekdam ghatiya hai...i think i west my money for purchiing these vehicle.

Good review, but left out the life of battery, but of course, I would not expect him to know that. Should have told us about driving experience in pot-hole filled roads.
