It's great to see Erik evolve. Here his communication style - his pacing, his tone, his choice of words, his wisdom and thoughtfulness shine. It's almost as if he has become spiritual or wise in some ways. Hard to put my finger on it since I don't know him personally, but he is undoubtedly one of the most principled men in the bitcoin space and a great example of what a man and what a mind can be.

I am approaching 60 years and learning lots with AI Chatbots. I haven'tpaid for Venice Pro as on low income but am learning from the Free Venice what I can try.
Presently the Sword looks to me a Hand and a Half Sword of approximately 600 years ago. Venice says "
One significant event that fought against state oppression around 600 years ago was the Peasants' Revolt in England in 1381. Led by Wat Tyler and John Ball, it was the most significant popular uprising in English history before the 19th century. The revolt protested against the highest levels of society and government, including the monarchy, the nobility, and the Church. It demanded lower rents and taxes, the abolition of serfdom, and the liberation of serfs who worked the land. The revolt ended in failure, but it forced the government to address some of the issues raised by the peasants.

Erik's intuition about people is incredible, I absolutely think Peter had these qualities which is why I watch him even though I'm more of an ethereal guy. I don't watch all his shows but I watch a good amount of them because they show how open he is to talking with different varieties of people. If this was just a Bitcoin maxi show I would rarely watch.

At 16:26 Peters idea to reduce Gov spending is prob not good for people that rely on such services due to the initial interventions of gov and especially money. The current fiat sysyem drastically creats wealth disparity so therefore the poor need more help while the rich get richer. I genuinely used to believe that the public good could only really be done in the public sector because it wasn't profit-driven. I wrongly assumed that if the government was responsible for providing health care to people then it would be motivated to value health as a way of decreasing costs of care. What I didn't understand is that this motivation to keep costs down is meaningless when you can just brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr away.

This is the test to me.
does he push agents using bitcoin?
will he discuss the clockspeed issue if he is going to paint a picture of agent to agent smart contracts and agent to agent payments??
    >why the fuck would an agent with a clockspeed that would make our world seem frozen in time?
    >to an agent “thinking” millions of times faster than an organic mind 10 minutes would be like waiting for a transaction to settle for a decade
//solana would be glacial to agents
:: if a blockchain would be utilized that would be the substrate for agent to agent contracts and transactions it would need to be waaaaay faster than anything that exists now. such a blockchain would most likely be developed by an AGI.
    remember
your organic mind is so slow we would seem like plants to an ai agent. our instant settlement is there endless wait
and thinking an agent-that is optimizing for efficiency
-would touch a ten minute block settlement-or some janky layer upon layer tower of bullshit built on bitcoin-is foolish and anyone who pushes the idea might have a project they are selling you
    or a bridge in brooklyn

Strange the example talked about in the podcast gives me different results:
This is what I got on Venice: There is no conclusive evidence to support the claim that the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 originated from a laboratory. The majority of experts and organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the US government, consider the lab-leak hypothesis to be unlikely.
Several lines of evidence suggest that the virus likely originated from a natural source:
The genetic makeup of SARS-CoV-2 shows a high degree of similarity to coronaviruses found in bats and pangolins, which are both animals that are known to carry coronaviruses.
The earliest reported cases of COVID-19 in China were linked to a seafood market in Wuhan, which also sold live animals. This has led many experts to believe that the virus jumped from an animal host to humans at this market.
