+Jacob Plunkett vlogs thx dude. Ya I'm a Traxxas fan myself. I also changed to 17mm hex adapters to put the GRP tires for higher speeds, another thing that confuses everyone. If people were just to look back at my early vids I show the breakdown.
On this video I used GRP's S-compound. They now have some high velocity ones because these were ripping. I switched to foams though, you get more speed. Ive hit up to 140mph recently using "Johns BSR Racing Tires". Hope that helps!

i have a traxxis, it is a rustler. We had the stock engine running on a nimh 8 cell, needless to say we went through quite a few engines. Our batteries just went bad, so we are thinking about getting lipos, any advice? the engine is a 1406 series, 4 poles, and brushless. so any battery advice would be awesome. Also, the chassis only has room for 1 battery.

shock towers are from xo1. I also converted the 12mm hex to 17mm hex to be able to fit 1/8 GRP tires. Chassis is Slash 4x4 LCG.
