Electronic Signatures: Are they legally valid in the EU?

  • According to the EU’s eIDAS regulation, electronic signatures should not be denied legal effect solely because they are in an electronic form. However, not all electronic signatures have the same legal validity.

    Hello I signed my work contract via Docusign for a firm in germany. I asked them for the physical copy and they said that they dont generally send the physical copy. Is it ok?
