Yo i have a question do you reccomend working out with Full body 3 day Split or working Watch muscle 2 times a week or 1 time a week… which is more ideal for boxing
You should look into any split that allows you to hit each muscle group twice a week, to maximize results. Full body is good for 3 days cuz you hit everything 3 times but you can’t really focus on a certain muscle group and get in the zone. I’d recommend push pull legs or upper and lower type splits with boxing training for cardio and you can do cardio daily
