Spent 1½ hours just struggling on the 3rd/final sliding section Really really fun level, and balanced imo because of the checkpoint....giving the player a chance to learn each mechanic before the sliding section although the checkpoints made me rate it an easy demon
I hope they won’t spoil Legendary rating like they did with Epic rating when 2/3 of levels were getting it and therefore making it not that special anymore.
We’ll done for beating it and if you want I have a level suggestion it’s not my level but it’s really hard no checkpoints and it’s really fun it’s called sunset summit

I beat this level on my phone, the gameplay in the downhill part frustrated me a lot, but it was only through my own efforts that I was able to beat it.
@@xtrapnation It's a low insane demon on the difficulty scale, it's all about finding the "easy" ways of getting through it. For example, instead of doing the first jump painfully, you can just bump into a wall and move right with holding the jump button. And to get through the next spikes, you can move your robot just enough into the spike's sprite so you can jump and safely bump your head onto the block above without dying to the spike. My very first time on it lasted 2:51:48 and my current best is 42 minutes, it's about improvement.
Yeah this level is good, but absurdly overrated and not deserving whatsoever of the legendary rating. There is some legitimately awful jumps/sections here, that 3rd and final mountain descent being a perfect example. Everything is a blind jump, which pretty much requires you to die over and over again just to learn it. It doesn’t feel skillful or smooth, just learny. the physics of the wind blasters are also terrible as you experienced, making for legitimately terrible gameplay.
I think it's a good level, i think one of the best platformers so far, you could say the legendary rating is a bit biased since Serponge made the level but I think its deserving of its rating!
Just because it's learny doesn't mean is terrible, celeste works that way (albeit that one usually has a visor to let you see what the obstacles are before starting it)
Like yeah it does kind of a poor job at explaining you how to use slopes and wind volcanoes to move around, but if you get the hang of them each of the 3 sections get super fun and consistent, especially when speedrunning it

It took me 1h 20 min to complete this level, tbf it was my first platformer demon. Was a wild ride for me, but very consistent.
It took me 1hour 10 but it was my first ever medium demon (other than hole in the wall which was medium when I beat it but is easy now)

i honestly think jetlag should be insane because it is nowhere near as difficult as this level
idk about insane demon but i think jetlag is way harder, maybe this is an easy demon and jetlag a hard demon!
