Georgia is very attractive to Western companies for financial reasons, but what businessman wants to live somewhere which is covered with graffiti and where no-one maintains the buildings? I certainly don't. These problems are easily fixed, but no-one in Georgia seems to care. It's a real shame as there is some lovely old architecture there.
